Hopen Sea Lodge, Norway

Architecture Photography

Warming the Arctic.

Curiously warmed by the gulfstream currents, the Lofoten Islands are a little-known archipelago at the base of the Artic Circle (at the very top of Norway). Hopen Sea House is gently positioned at the edge of a heavily tidal inlet and frequently illuminated by the inimitable northern lights.

Very “Skandi” in its aesthetic, larch adorns much of the interior, providing tacticlity, warmth and intrigue across all seasons.
